With two levels you have the option of having unlimited access to all live classes and an extended library, with over 150 classes (and growing) and the White Belt Yoga Course, or the option of the class library by itself.

Library Level

What You Get:

  • Library Level Membership grants access to all pre-recorded content
  • Over 100 60 minutes classes including: Yoga Flow, Gentle Flow, and PFY classes.
  • 30 min PFYExpress classes
  • Live classes are added to the library one month after recording

  • Unlimited access to live classes – no need to sign up, just show up!
  • Immediate access to live recordings in your library
  • Access to special classes including: 60 min focus classes on backbends, forward folds, and twists
  • Shorter classes: 5, 10, 15, 20 minute options. Classes include meditation, slow flow, pilates, and yoga
  • Special workshops and courses including pranayama and meditation
  • My signature course White Belt Yoga
