Hello and Happy Monday, 

I’m on vacation! As much as I tried to get something written for this week, and what I have planned is really good, I just didn’t make the time for it. 

So I ask a favor of you, take this moment right now to close your eyes and take 5 slow breaths. 1 breath = an inhale and an exhale. 

When you are done, name 1 something you are grateful for. 

Remember, no yoga in the park this week. No online classes for the next two weeks.
