Hello and Happy Monday, 

I cannot believe it’s May. I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend and got to enjoy some sunshine. I have lots of personal plans for this month including some time off and some news to share with you for June. 

Time off: I plan on taking some days off in May – there will be no virtual classes (except for my kid’s series) from May 21 until the 31. I will still be LIVE for Yoga in the Park and will return to virtual classes on June 1. 

Changes: Starting in June I am ending the Pay What You Can option for my virtual classes. Drop in’s will be $20 and you will be prompted to pay upon signing up. I highly suggest purchasing a class pass (now) since prices will go up slightly in June. Currently, a 10 pack is $120 (moving to $125) and a 5 pack is $68 (moving to $75). They do expire, so make sure you look at what best fits your schedule. IF those options do not work for you, please reach out to me. I am happy to make accommodations for special situations (I’ve been there so I understand!).  For those of you who have been using Venmo or personal check -you can still do that – just let me know and I can set you up.

What this means for my members. Loaded members – I have 8 classes I will be sharing with you that week. 2 hour-long yoga flows (one for happy hips), 1 hour-long restorative yoga, 1 hour-long yin class, 1 half-hour DWD focused flow, 2 20 min flows, and 1 10 min meditation. I’ll be recording some PFY to add in there also. Library Members, the hour-long classes will be part of your library on the month lag.

Lastly: Yoga in the Park is gaining momentum. I would love for you to join me – I am there every Thursday at 9 am. 600 N. Henry St. Alexandria, VA. 
New outdoor classes at my home will be starting June 6. Join me every other Sunday at 8 am for yoga in the grass. More details and sign-up will be available in the coming weeks.
